The Clem House and Briggs House Resident Handbooks provide residents with all the information they need during their stay with us. They include each house’s mission statement, the NARR Code of Ethics, an explanation of the application process, the rules and program expectations for residents, residents’ rights, and house policies. All residents should be familiar with the information laid out in the handbooks in order to be compliant with our criteria, and enhance their experience at either of our facilities.
